Rodulfo "Junroe" Lafradez is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed real estate appraiser, bringing with him over 12 years of experience in the field of real estate investment, property valuation, property management and other real estate services. He is formerly the general manager of Colliers International for the Cebu office from June 2007 to February 2011. Throughout his career, he has earned the respect from different fields of profession because of his real estate knowledge and experience. He has been appointed as Commissioner by the Judicial Lower Court for Civil Cases, both in the cities of Mandaue and Cebu; aiding the judges in making their verdicts. He is also a member of Sub-technical Committee on Real Estate Valuation – Revenue District Office No. 81 of Cebu City North –BIR, where he played an active role in revising the zonal value for Cebu North. He has appraised properties under family estate settlement, expropriation by the government, scrutiny by Commission on Audit – Cebu Office, dissolution for divorcing foreigners married to Filipino women.
